Our 15-day return promise

Not happy with your order? Send back any unused product within 15 days of receiving it and we will refund your money.

How to return

1. Email hello@oeight.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back unused, in its original packaging.

Your refund

Once your return arrives and we confirm it is unused, we refund the price you paid for the item to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refunded.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 15 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

Sale and discounted items

Items bought on sale or with a discount are covered by this same policy. The refund is the amount you actually paid.

Not returnable

Used or opened products and gift cards cannot be returned, unless the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.
